Handball Federation of India (HFI) president had a meeting with 𝐌𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐟𝐚, 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐫 𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐛𝐮 𝐀𝐥-𝐋𝐚𝐢𝐥, 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 Asian Handball Federation and HFI Office bearers wherein deliberations over developing handball in India were made. In this meeting, the Honorable President of IHF, Mr Musthafa, gave affirmation to develop Handball in India by extending the support towards the construction of an International Handball Academy in India. With an instantaneous communication with IHF Committee Chairman, it was acknowledged that IHF will delegate a committee to check the readiness for the startup of the academy and assign International coaches for world-class training of around 250 Indian coaches by the end of February. Assurance was given to designate the hosting rites of one Asian Girl’s Championship in India by the end of the Year. Putting forth the efforts and the support given by IHF to develop Hand Ball in India, a Hyderabadi Pearl set was gifted as a token of gratitude to the International handball federation office bearers. The meeting was held at Dammam in Saudi Arabia, wherein deliberations over developing handball in India were made. HFI President 𝐌𝐫.
